	CST 48: Features dual thermostat controls. Plus, two 12"x20"x6" deep heated food wells, available with or without drains.
	CST 30: Includes same features as the CST 48 with space saving "side-by-side" design.
RETHZ32: Rethermalizer uses "boil in a bag" technique to reheat bulk product from frozen or refrigerated temperatures. Hot water method is more energy efficient and gives more control over exact cooking temperature. Includes four product racks and a digital controller with temperature display.
